Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Horizon (“the app”), provided by Nieves Studio LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Horizon is a personal planner with optional Google Calendar sync. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features may be offered now or in the future as part of a paid subscription (see “Subscriptions” below).

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Horizon (your notes, goals, tasks, and entries). You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content to you as part of providing the app. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Misuse connected third-party services (such as Google Calendar) through the app.

5. Third-party services

Horizon integrates with third-party services including Google (sign-in and, optionally, Calendar). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features may be offered as a paid subscription (“Horizon Pro”). When subscriptions are available, they are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to those stores’ payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices and what is included may change with notice.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be available. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nieves Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nieves Studio LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
